Meditation is a practice that helps focus attention and awareness and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.

Dr. Scott has been trained and utilizes many types of meditation practices, including mindfulness, guided meditation, chakra meditation and balancing, and yoga nidra to name a few.

Private sessions are individually designed for each client based on his/her needs. Meditation sessions can address a variety of issues including physical health, mental health, and even for optimal performance.

Meditation Sessions:  $125/45-minutes session

Payment can be made online (Zelle: christenscott2012@gmail.com, Venmo: Christen-Scott-2012). Payments must be made prior to appointment/event.
